Mr. Fallon was always 5 steps ahead of the competition, He updated us daily on new and sold properties, He educated us and guided us every step of the way from inspections to appraisals and even making calls to the town to try and speed up the process of closing the deal. 2 years after purchasing the home, Mr. Fallon went out of his way to help us with our property taxes by providing me a package with similar homes in the area to present to the board as we had an 80% increase. Needless to say, his efforts helped us save thousands in property taxes per year.
